To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay 20% of advance. Payed advance is non-refundable in case of canceling reservation. House is for rent from 01.06.-30.09. For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher. Arrival to apartment is after 12.00 and departure till 10.00. House is consisted of one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchen, living room, bathroom, yard and parking for 4 cars. Price includes 4 bicycles for using at request. Tourist tax is not included into the price, guest pays tourist tax at arrival. House does not have air conditioner, because it has fat walls and it is very pleasant during the summer. House is rustic type, 85 m2 with yard, 400 m far from the first beach, 1.5 km far from the center. It is located on old part of Murter near St Mihovil's church. Guests should bring towels, we have bed linen and kitchen mops. We have all necessary dishes. Owner lives next to the apartment and has grill which guests can use. Welcome!
